Located in the London's fashionable neighbourhood, Clerkenwell, this brand new hotel is based on the concept of ‘old against new.’ Set in a transformed 19th century warehouse, the property is built using sustainable materials and energy saving methods. Its interiors reveal a great attention to detail while semi-elliptical atrium lets the natural light in accentuating elaborate setting of the hotel. The property takes pride in its 1,500 ft. deep borehole supplying high quality water for the needs of a restaurant. In 2004, The Zetter received two European Hotel Design Awards for Best New Hotel and Best Design Innovation.
