    Set in 16 acres of woodland countryside- Redwood Hotel and Country Club was originally part of the Ashton Court Estate. Although situated in a rural setting- Redwood Hotel and Country Club is conveniently located just 4 miles from Bristol City Centre- 3 miles from the M5 and 7 miles from Bristol International Airport. The original house was built in 1890 with the Summer House- now The Panelled Room adjoining the restaurant- being built to house Sir Greville Smythe*s collection of botanical and ornithological specimens. Developed into the Ashton Court Country Club in 1950- at this time it was the largest country club in the country. Over the years it has expanded into a relaxing destination where business really can be a pleasure.Enjoy complimentary use of the Leisure Club which offers an excellent range of facilities; an air-conditioned gym- exercise and dance studios- tennis- squash and badminton courts- sauna and steam rooms- as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are also two excellent golf courses within a mile of the hotel. Redwood Hotel and Country Club also offers an extensive car park with complimentary parking for up to 1000 cars and ample coach parking.
